I have been a part of the MC Carrier team for four months now. So far it’s been fulfilling! Orientation was quick and efficient. Ian is the gentleman that ran our class. Great guy! Straight shooter! They also have in house maintenance team. Any problems you have they will address it! They will even call you at home to make sure everything you wrote up was addressed! In conclusion, my dispatcher(Eugene C) Keeps me rolling and has great communication skills! Thanks team!!

This is a very crummy cheesy little company and I wouldn't recommend anybody to work there period!!! They have a very small rinky dink yard with hardly nowhere to park your vehicle let alone your tractor trailer. They took $650.00 out of my check straight across for a shifted Coca Cola load that I had stapped up and the shipper didn't load correct. Didn't even give me a payment plan or nothing just snatched straight out of my check mind you I've never had to pay for a shifted load with any other company I worked for since I've started driving back in 2020. Not only that, but they were always trying to find shady ways on how they were not going to pay me my rightful earnings. I was going to take further action but I figured it was better to just move on. THANKS FOR NOTHING Mc Carrier!! Tushaun Williams

Their driver blocked our gate, which has a sign asking for 24 hour access, and when we asked him to move he started screaming at us. I can understand the place he was picking up from was very busy, but again he was blocking the only exit out of our lot. He then proceeded to yell at us for 10 minutes cursing and screaming. Other trucks from other companies have blocked the gate before and we have asked them to move and they did so, no problem.

Seems like a good company, newer trucks, nice trailers.... however one driver playing stupid games can change the public opinion of a company. I encountered such a driver today.. There seems to be a new trend in the trucking industry because I see it more and more. I'll explain: when coming up from behind and the truck is going slower than you are the minute the driver of the slower truck sees your blinker then all of a sudden the skies open up and the angels sing and by some miracle the driver is able to find ( or remember where it is at) the accelerator. Then off they go usually leaving you stranded in the left lane. When you get back behind them they typically slow down again.. I encountered one of these drivers today from this company. I pulled over, so did he and after we said our words he takes off and continued to play games (going much under the speed limit and not letting people pass....I called safety and the guy I spoke with seemed to be more interested in deflecting instead of listening. I hope this is an isolated incident and not the sop for all their drivers.
