No sign on building or building number... small white building... on the corner of Bliss street and Phelon street... pull down Phelon and back in offset dock ! Be aware that they will keep your straps... check before you leave !... I didn't and they kept mine ! Parking in lot behind them down Phelon... tight squeeze thru weed covered opening ! No contact with receiving ... just took paperwork and he pointed at dock ... then brought paperwork back handed to me and walked away !
