Make sure you bring cash... I visited this office after work to make an appointment for treatment of an ingrown nail,...turns out no appointment is necessary. After filling out their forms the reception called my health insurance and advised me they are not in network and that I would have to pay cash, I said NO to paying cash and offered my HSA which she wanted to run the card (to see if the charge would go through)before I even saw the doctor. they make the process very uncomfortable and complicated I had to walk just walk out out of there. Disappointed.
