Listen guys, We just shipped 6 Cars from Chicago to Albania with American Star Logistics in South Chicago Heights. The moment I met the staff (early feb) I knew that I would be in great hands. The facility is huge and they ship hundreds of cars a WEEK! Our vehicles left February 28th 2020 and arrived April 14th! FAST - Trustworthy and people that KNOW this business! I am a very happy camper and cant wait to continue our business together side by side with American Star Logistics! They also had an opportunity to go above and beyond which they fulfilled. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
Worst service you can ever have. They Loaded my cars after 4months of my shipment to thier place , Charged me 25% extra at very last point. Got my bill of release after 19days, for this delay I had to pay 2800$ penalty. Worst worst worst. I don’t recommend it at all.
Very fast, and reliable. I knew my car was in good hands when I shipped it to Jordan. It was shipped so quickly. They have an awesome staff, and the owner is super down to earth, and worked with me from beginning to end to make sure I got what I wanted. Will definitely go through them again in the future.
