I stayed here because it was convenient. The colors green and purple, along with low lighting made everything dark and a bit gloomy. I wore socks to walk in my room and they ended up a bit grey in the sole. The hand towels stunk, bad smell and when I brought them down to the front desk, the guy could only say they were new. It doesn't matter if they were new, where ever they were stored or pulled from, left a bad chemical and/or old water funky kind of smell. I couldn't get replacement towels to use, he said housekeeping won't be in until morning. You would think the front desk or manager would have keys to get guests their needs. Anyway, next morning, ask front desk again, same reply, never got replacement towels. Having stayed at other hotels with breakfast, this one was limited to very basics. Eggs, no meat, two kinds of dry cereal, diy waffle was good. Watered down juice. Counters needed a good wipe down. Saw a chair that had obvious old coffee drip on the back. Lots of crumbs underneath the tables and I was there very early in the morning. It's as if they only vacuum the walk areas and never bothered to move the chairs to get under the tables. This place needs a deep clean and needs to be brighter in the halls and room.

A great renewed hotel , location is perfect , the front desk lady is so nice also the kitchen guy ! Affordable with mini gym , laundry room , basic lovely breakfast, rooms are perfectly clean and new brand stuff! Price is good for the service. Also the elevator is working not as the before reviews. I booked it twice in 20 days ! Its good

I booked room to get dressed for my birthdy celebration, it was close to my party venue. When I got to the hotel it's appearance was good, when I got to my room it was clean and it smelled good. I was even relaxing watching tv until it was time for me to get dressed. When I got up to turn off the ac unit, that's when I saw a roach climbing up the curtain. This was by far a true turn off. I tried informing the front desk clerk, he was very busy assisting other guests. I sure I will never stay at this hotel again.

It was very clean. Anita was great! I stayed last year. It was much better this year. Service was good. There was a very small language barrier. The staff was much friendlier this year, than last. There was food on the rug, that wasn't picked up ALL day. That was gross. Location is great, easy to get to. There is construction very close. Almost in the parking lot. It was a little noisy, and difficult getting in and out of the lot. Doors were propped with rocks, and they were supposed to be locked. My company was a police officer not in uniform, he was followed as if he was a criminal because of the way he dressed. Oh! The TV only had one channel. I certainly did not go on vacation to watch tv, but at night, it would've been nice to relax to it.
