The owner Dan was awesome! Very friendly and a very good host!! Not to mention the parking is free and you get a designated spot!! The rooms are completely renovated from top to bottom. The location is also amazing since your literally a 2 min walk from the boardwalk and all the main attractions on the pier. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ocean City!!!

This is a great place! The owner Dan was amazing and very responsive, I would recommend this place to any friend or family member coming down to the ocean. This place had a great price, the rooms were clean, a the ac worked very well in this 105 degree heat wave we experienced. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks away and not even a 5 minute walk. We will definitely book here again in the future.

I recently stayed at the Atlantic Breeze Motel in Ocean City and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the owner, Dan. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell he takes great pride in his property and cares deeply about his guests. The motel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly located—close enough to all the attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the friendly service, made my trip even more enjoyable. Dan’s kindness and attention to detail really made a difference — you don’t often find this level of personal care at larger hotels. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend the Atlantic Breeze Motel to anyone visiting Ocean City.

Dan nailed my 40th birthday stay!! Stayed here a few years now. Found out this year it was under new ownership and still just as impressed. Dan welcomed us and knew that it was my birthday and instantly upgraded us to the apartment side. We had three groups of people book with us as well and every one of us was extremely happy with our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure this weekend was one of the best ones yet. The rooms are clean the bathrooms were always stocked with towels and if we ever needed anything he would ask us before we would even make it to the room. Parking was private and always watched which gave us a sense of security as well. Will continue our ritual of staying here in the future and thank you again for yet another great stay.
