Excellent hotel! Raj greeted us with a friendly smile, rearranged our room for us to accommodate our needs, and even had cookies available at the front desk! He then even offered to make us a fresh batch of coffee as the ones already out were a bit old. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great (even had delicious potatoes to go with the eggs! Can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay, and would recommend Choice send all it's managers here to see how a hotel should look, function and feel.

Reservations: easy to book And confirm. Front desk staff: polite, efficient, friendly. Initial view from the road: tall weeds, long grass, looked unkempt. Room: bed was clean, however, the chair in the room was nearly entirely stained and looked disgusting. Hand prints on the walls. Lots of loose strings and things on the carpet. Smelled strongly of Fabreeze. Pillows a little flat, but not bad. Appreciate the multiple charging outlets. Pool: water clear, but lots of odd little bits at the bottom of the pool. The floor tiles around the pool looked dirty in between tiles, looked like it could use a good cleaning. Hot tub was fine. Breakfast: overall, pretty good. Overall, it feels like the hotel might be cutting corners on cleaning. I’ve been in older hotels that had absolutely spotless rooms.

The host was very accommodating, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was able to get us in the perfect suite and paitent with my young swimmers. It was especially nice to get such great service after having to cancel our reservations with a hotel next door.

The bathrooms were not clean. The tub didn’t drain, the floor was sticky, we had to hunt down our own fresh linens, the trash was never emptied. The room’s carpet was not clean. The bed linens had torn pieces. Many things at this hotel were “out of order” for part of the time during our stay: pool, exercise room, waffle batter dispenser, bagels but no cream cheese. Our a/c in the room was fussy and didn’t remove the humidity so it was clammy. The staff was friendly and tried to make things work but they are clearly understaffed. One morning the 2nd floor hall had a long trail of potato chips. Breakfast was underwhelming. The hotel was full of senior athletes including me and we wanted a better experience.
