Extremely unprofessional broker. Avoid them if you don’t want to waste your time and money. Sam Wilson booked a load with us, stating that the pickup was FCFS before 4 PM. However, the rate confirmation later mentioned that the shipper operates 24/7. We initially provided an ETA of 12 PM, but due to a minor delay at our previous delivery, our updated ETA was closer to 2 PM. They confirmed that this was fine. Then, just 20 minutes before our arrival—while we were already empty and heading to the pickup—Sam sent an email saying they couldn’t take the risk and were assigning another driver. As a result, we lost an entire day of work and our next load from UT.
