What a great experience. Moshe came over within an hour of my call he was only about a mile away and could fit me in on his way home on a Friday. I told him I had just changed the start capacitor. So we checked the wiring schematic and found the problem rather quickly. A dear friend of mine recommended Moshe to me years ago. So glad I reached out. Super honest and dependable.

I don’t know if 5 stars does it justice. Moshe is dependable, trustworthy, has the fairest price, and is super responsive. We first had our experience with him when we moved to the area in 2020 after our air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer. We were very fearful that we were going to be incredibly up charged since it was high demand season. His price was by far the best and he fixed it literally the next day, which was a tremendous help as all my kids had heat rash from the house being so hot. Fast-forward to 2025 and he changed the air conditioner at our new house again after it broke. We had a few other issues with the air conditioning that had nothing to do with him, but he came over my house to fix it literally at 9 o’clock at night. It was an easy fix so he didn’t charge me. Any other air-Conditioning company would charge you well over $300 to come out at my time for a service call. Amazing.

Our HVAC system stopped working late on a Saturday evening, and we were worried about getting help so late. To our surprise, Moshe arrived promptly at 10 PM, ready to get us back up and running. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Within no time, he diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed. What really impressed me was his attention to detail and the fact that he took the time to explain what went wrong and how he resolved it. Finding a company that truly cares about their customers—especially after hours—is rare these days. AMS and Moshe went above and beyond. I wanted to take a moment to thank Mr. Moshe, our air conditioner stopped working during the heat wave, I called him Saturday morning, he said he could come by in the afternoon, he called when he was on the way to give me an ETA, he arrived and immediately began to diagnose our problem and within 15-20 minutes we were back up and running. He also, provided me with advice for what is best for my AC. He was also very reasonable & not trying to get over like some of these other companies. All in all I was very pleased, Mr. Moshe is very kind and my family & I are truly thankful for his service. We will definitely be teaching back out to him for our future AC services. Again, Thank you Mr. Moshe!!!
