Excellent Service This is my first using United Air Temp, and every interaction, from scheduling to the techs coming out for repairs has been a positive experience. I was referred through my home warranty company to repair faucets and replace my hose bib. Everything was smooth from start to finish. They called quickly to schedule, sent reminders, and gave a courtesy call before arriving. Juan was outstanding, punctual, professional, and genuinely kind. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and worked efficiently without rushing. He was honest, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. One of the best techs I’ve had in my home. Would definitely use United Air Temp again and highly recommend asking for Juan! Also want to add that the notes on the invoice of what was done are very detailed which I appreciate! Just outstanding experience all around!

I wanted to share my recent experience with an AC repair technician—it was truly a positive one. He actually arrived earlier than expected, but he made sure to call ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he showed me his ID right away so I could feel confident he really worked for the company. That small gesture meant a lot to me. Throughout the visit, he was courteous, professional, and respectful. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and kept me informed the whole time. He made sure my daughter was included in the conversation too, so we both understood everything clearly. He didn’t rush, didn’t try to take advantage of me as an elderly customer, and he even cleaned up after himself before leaving. It’s rare to get service that’s this thorough and thoughtful. I really appreciated his honesty and care—highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Great customer service. We had a competitor service our HVAC prior to United Air Temp, and they charged us without fixing the problem. Found United Air Temp online, and was then connected with Manager Jason who was very knowledgeable; he didn’t waste any time. He immediately figured out who could help us, and we were able to resolve issue that day. We are a new customer and look forward to switching our future business to United largely because of Jason.
