Anchor was the only HVAC provider who readily responded to our late furnace out condition on the first very cold 2025 snowy day, DEC 5 in Metcalfe - THANKS! The service Technicial, Kyle, arrived when he said he would, was extremely polite and donned his boot covers before entering our home. This is a good sign I told myself. Kyle inspected our furnace condition and explained to me what he was doing during the diagnoses process. He determined, by testing, not guessing, that a high pressure switch had failed. He also determined that it was a warranty part still covered by the manufacturer. He also picked up on a small water leak that was leaving a visible corrosion stain leaking from the inducer motor housing flange, as well as a low supply gas pressure condition. He was both thorough and methodical in his approach to our furnace condition. He was a professional that Anchor should be proud of. Now in my retirement, I appreciate more that profesionals like Kyle, and Anchor, do to help us. The furnace is now up and running. I elected to select an Anchor maintenance plan after discussion with Kyle. He explained it in detail and complete understanding. Quang arrived a few hours after I called Anchor with an issue that my furnace wasn't putting out as much heat as it should be. He was able to quickly identify the program (calcification) and fix it, restoring proper gas pressure. He was more than happy to give me some ownership tips while we waited to take a CO reading. Local trusted company. I have used them for furnace maintenance and bought a new water heater from them today. They respond quickly when you need them and provide honest frank advice. Water heater install took an hour or so and they also took my water heater back to Reliance. I had to pay for the water heater but now I own it! I'm finally out of my Reliance rental contract! My old water heater must have been dirty because the hot water now seems clearer and has more pressure.
