Not 24 hours. I called at 6:20 pm, they said two to four hours. When I didn't hear from them I called again and got an answering service that said I'd get a callback. One hour later I called again and didn't get a callback. At 12:30 am after waiting six hours without them contacting me I called another service. Wasted six hours waiting which means more time waiting for the new service. Might have been completed during those six hours if they told me they didn't want to come.

I call this company for a estimate to repair a Freon line that landscapers hit and got a pip hole on the line that led to Freon escape , when this guy Mathew show up the first thing he said was that I had to replace the whole unit because there was no way to soldered the line , so that my only choice was to invest on a new unit at 13k , then he change his mind when I told him I didn't have that kind of money and said well we can replace the whole Freon line thru the attic and will cost you $3750 , but insisted that that option could make my unit go bad in 2 -4 months . I call 2 other companies and they came and for sure they both agree that line could be welded and do all the repair for 2 k$$$ Looking at this guys reviews I'm not surprise they want to scam people over and lie about the repairs they need to be done ..... stay away from them

11,800 4ton unit I purchased and all the ducting to be done... well 1 year and 4 months later they come to replace all the ducting from supply and return they should have done in the beginning they came today to actually do it.. Javier came and did 14 feet and duct tape the rest. So here's some extra photos for their new ducting.
