Stayed at the Andaz for 4 nights. Had a superb stay - from check in until leaving the standard of service throughout was of a high standard. Staff were constantly enquiring if everything was satisfactory and if we were enjoying our stay. My wife has coeliac disease and this was catered for really well - plenty of options at breakfast time in the buffet and special meals were made for her each evening. A big thank you to Chef Sajith & Chef Riyas for making sure her food was gluten free - they could not have been more helpful. Complimentary mini bar for soft drinks in the room was a nice touch and it was topped up regularly - Ming in housekeeping made sure we had enough water and also coffee pods for the coffee machine - service from housekeeping was also excellent. Nice pool areas and beach and all spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend Andaz to anyone travelling to Dubai and would not hesitate to stay there again. Location in the Palm also good and there was a shopping mall just across the street which was an added bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Great hotel and super location at The Palms, Jameirah. Nicely away from the madness of traffic that is downtown. Nice beach and large pool close by with towels and comfy loungers. A large brasserie. Coco's, beach-side with good menu. There is also an adults-only roof-top pool and spa which is quiet and has a small bar. The main hotel restaurant is a serve-yourself buffet with a wide variety of choices from around the world.||We had a lovely, large room with sea views. One issue is the design of the shower room which is a walk-in variety. The tiled floor got, and stayed, very wet which was a slip hazard. However, on request, the staff provided a rubber mat which solved this.||A great hotel, super-friendly staff and we'd go back.

What an incredible hotel! My wife, our four-month-old baby, and I stayed at the Andaz Hyatt at The Palm in Dubai, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, exceptional courtesy, and fantastic food. The staff were nothing short of 10/10—they were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized; nothing was too much trouble for them. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at this hotel is truly on another level. The Arabian mixed grill is outstanding, offering a delicious variety of choices, and the drinks were simply amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to revisiting in the near future. Thank you all so much for your wonderful hospitality—please keep up the great work!

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the staff displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. The room we were given was nothing like what anyone expects. But the worst part was the sheer dishonesty and manipulation by the staff. They deliberately made us wait for 4.5 hours in the lobby, constantly assuring us that an upgrade was available for a certain price. Then, at the last minute, they doubled the price for ugrade, assuming we would have no choice but to accept it since we had already wasted so much time. Their attitude was appalling, as if they were testing how desperate we were. It was clear that they had no intention of providing good service—they were just playing games with guests. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for our time or comfort. We are genuinely shocked by such behavior from a supposedly reputable hotel chain. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be lied to, disrespected, and have your time completely wasted.
