What a fantastic find. I was introduced to this husband and wife run garage by Quang Ly whom I purchased our car from a Jeep Renegade. It needed some work on as part of his warranty agreement. A first class service was promised and delivered. Based on a farm site & behind another specialist garage, don’t be put off. Clean, efficient & professional. I was greeted by Stef, the wife if Mark who I had email confirmation from regarding the work on out car. As co-owner and general ships captain she gave a very warm welcome and I was put at ease. The work was competed and I was actually able to speak to the mechanic who had compete the job, a rare opportunity in this modern market. He was knowledgeable and actually cared about my car and custom, a genuine asset to this company. We will be back for a service from the Isle of Wight. And for those reading that’s a 3 hour trip & an additional cost to us of over £150 in ferry and transport. To us worth every penny for reassurance and a job well done.

What more can I say but bravo! Dean and the team deliver nothing short of a first-class service. They are consistently helpful, honest, courteous, and technically excellent. My “old girl” goes nowhere else — I simply wouldn’t trust her in anyone else’s hands anymore. She's a troublesome 20-year-old Alfa Romeo 147! I’ve been using Dean for several years now, and the service has always been outstanding. His knowledge and expertise are second to none. Whenever I’ve found myself up the creek without a paddle, they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate me. If I’m running late, they stay behind. If I forget to drop the car off, they promptly give me a call. Somehow, they always manage to squeeze me in. I’ve never once had an issue with workmanship, and whenever I phone or email with questions, the advice is honest, reliable, and genuinely in my best interest. Exceptional service, every single time. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly impressed with the service and team at Small Car Services, who looked at my partner's recently purchased Fiat 500x which was having some strange electrical issues, infrequent starting, ABS errors etc. Despite being returned to the selling dealer for their local workshop to have a look at and 'apparently' a trip to a Fiat main dealer without result. Despite being a bit handy and having a lot of tools, including Fiat diagnostic gear, I was stumped. We were on the brink of returning it to the seller as it couldn’t be trusted, but we had a booking at Small Car Services to give it the onceover, nothing major, no more than an hour or so just to check any obvious culprits. before we handed it back. Most garages, when asked to spend max of an hour, would have likely parked it up and claimed they'd looked at it and accepted the money - Not here, I had a call from Dean later that day who'd identified a telematics box which had been wired in and also noted the centre console had been messed about with (which we'd also found it not secured properly shortly after buying it), - he even stayed late so he could show us the box. That weekend, armed with a soldering iron, a roll of loom tape and some heat shrink, it was removed and found to be wet and corroded inside, likely causing our issues, I reconnected any cut wires and taped it back up and guess what, it's been as solid as a rock ever since. He also identified an issue with the turbo wastegate which he advised I could adjust with the help of a YouTube video (which I did), and another common issue with the radio antenna base which we likely won’t bother with. I’ve generally avoided garages where possible, preferring to undertake work myself unless it’s beyond my skills, but I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Small Car Services again.
