I have had repeated negative experiences with this management company. Most recently, they insisted I repaint my garage door after a panel replacement, claiming it was my responsibility. When I reminded them that exterior maintenance is their duty, they refused—until I produced an email proving the panel had been replaced by their own contractors. Only then did they agree to cover the repainting. Without that documentation, they would have unfairly shifted the cost and penalties onto me. Another issue was scheduling repairs. They demanded I take a day off work so contractors could come during weekdays, simply because weekend service would cost them more. This approach forces residents to lose wages while the company saves money, which is unacceptable. Due to their lack of professionalism and accountability, I have already lost thousands of dollars. Their practices show little regard for residents’ time, finances, or trust. I strongly question how they continue to be retained as the management company, given their repeated failures to serve the community responsibly.

Since Andrejs Management took over, everything about living here has improved. The property feels cleaner, more organized, and better cared for than ever before. They respond quickly to any concerns and handle requests with efficiency and professionalism. It’s reassuring to know the building is in such capable hands, and it truly makes this place feel like home.

If I could give this management company zero stars, I would. Our building has been under their management for far too long, and it's been nothing but disappointment. The property manager and site administrators are consistently unprofessional, and shockingly unhelpful. It's clear they haven’t been properly trained, and worse, they don’t seem to care. Basic requests are either ignored or handled with attitude, and any form of communication feels like you're being a burden. I’ve dealt with many property management teams before (working in this industry myself), and this one is by far the worst. It’s honestly beyond frustrating to live in a building where the people meant to support residents make things HARDER. Avoid any property managed by this company if you can. Many residents don’t realize that a management company can make all the difference. They’re not just bad at their job, they make daily life more stressful.
