I needed a new roof due to a previous bad experience. Tony did not only come through for me and my son for our roof and some construction work but he and his company went above and beyond for us!! I am a single mom on disability and his kindness and willingness to help me out is beyond grateful and such a true BLESSING to me!! INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE ! Tony Granite could easily teach classes in customer service, communication, and attention to detail. He was everything we were looking for in a roofer, and so, so much more. He submitted the quote to our insurance company for approval and had our drip edge custom made when the color we wanted was not available at the supply house. His crew arrived at daylight and started the removal process, using a lift dumpster to ensure that the debris did not litter our yard. By evening, every shingle was in place. The entire crew then scoured our yard for nails and cut offs. When Tony and his crew were gone, other than our new roof, there was absolutely no evidence they had been there because every piece of grit had been removed from our porch, patio and carport. AND, he was on-site throughout the day. EXCELLENCE in MOTION!
