While looking to relocate from the US to the UK, we considered various different properties and interacted with a number of different estate agents and so we recognize the level of professionalism, service and commitment provided by Tony Dobbins and his amazing team is not common in the field. As remote buyers, trust in the Estate Agent is paramount - you're not there in person. Tony organized a virtual visit to one particular property which had terrible internet service in the interior. Undeterred, he provided us with a detailed and well narrated walk-through which he then provided promptly. Throughout the process, he has been quick to respond to our (many!) questions and has been extremely knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Not being familiar with the process in England, he has also patiently walked us through what that looks like, and provided recommendations for solicitors and so on to facilitate getting started. I would recommend Anthony Jones, and especially Tony to anyone looking for a great agent!
