When I first moved to Chicago Mario was recommended by a friend. He seemed very knowledgeable so I chose him as my realtor. He helped me but my condo 7 years ago. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive. Everyone that he has on his team were also great to work with. Having never owned or shopped for a condo before I most definitely needed and appreciated his help. Throughout the 7 years, once in a while I would have a question or pick his brain about possibly upgrading. He responded back as immediately and with the same amount of attention as he did when I was actively looking. I knew when the day came when I would be ready to sell that I would use him as my realtor again. Fast forward this past winter and I was finally ready to sell. Who knew selling required so much more thought, work, time, and energy than buying. I was a fish out of water. He laid out a plan of action to get everything set up and when to list at the most opportune time. I worked with many people on his team this time around. I know I would not have gotten top dollar for my condo if it wasn’t for Mario and his expert advice and amazing team that he works with. I also couldn’t believe the time he gave to me, knowing he had other clients he was working with. It felt at many times I was his only client. We moved out of state, my only regret on that part is that he can not be my agent when I’m ready to buy my next home. I can not say enough great things, or express my gratitude enough. I am so thankful.
