Jennifer is hands-down the best therapist I’ve ever met. She really listens and comes up with creative ways to tackle anxiety. She knows when to push you a bit and when to just be there with that warm, understanding vibe. I’m so thankful I found her. My life is honestly so much better now. The exposure therapy she used was exactly what I needed. I’m doing things now with barely any anxiety, stuff I never thought I’d be able to do without anxiety medication. I’m still working on myself, but every week I’m getting better and it is thanks to Jennifer. Anxiety doesn’t run my life anymore, not like it used to. I believe in her so much that I got my son to start seeing her for his social anxiety, and he’s doing great with her. If you want a therapist who’ll help you live a better life, Jennifer’s the one to go to.

I felt compelled to leave a review after the experience I had. I booked a total of seven sessions and only met with Jennifer twice. For the remaining five, I was either canceled on after my scheduled appointment time—while already at the office—or completely ghosted. I genuinely thought it had to be a mistake, because I couldn’t believe something like this could happen five times… but it did. As someone seeking support for anxiety, there is truly nothing more disheartening. I cannot recommend this practice.

Jennifer is a great therapist. She takes the time to talk to patients prior to taking them on to ensure there is a good fit and encourages patients to speak up with any treatment concerns. This is so important for those that are concerned about speaking up, even when we’re paying for a service. Jennifer is available to patients outside of scheduled appointment times and even spends extra time when needed. I’m in the beginning stages of my journey, but have already learned so much. Jennifer’s years of experience and training are extremely valuable and clearly noticeable through her knowledgeable guidance, thoughtful approach and caring demeanor.
