Update: 04/25 We've had a mixed experience with Apex. The staff were friendly as well as the crew on the day of the job. That crew had to replace 12 plywood sheets, but chose not to replace other plywood sheets because they were still in good condition. A few weeks later we noticed major lines in the roof, so we emailed them, and they've been working with us (weeks of emails) to figure this out. They sent someone to review it both in the attic and outside. They said that the seams between plywood sheets were uneven and suggested wood bracing in the attic. That didn't work. They also suggested replacing the plywood and installing H clips. They said they didn't replace the entire roof deck the day of, and didn't use H clips between the plywood sheets because typically this is only done in entire roof deck replacements, and that's expensive. Our main issue is that we were not asked or advised of this issue the day of the install, which we're not happy about. So, the lines are still there. The only option left, that may or may not work, is to replace the front roof deck with new plywood - even though the old plywood is still good. They'd charge us an additional $2,400, but only for the plywood for this fix as they'll take care of the shingles, but I don't think we or they are sure it's going to work. So overall, we don't feel like we had the necessary information before or during this whole process, as we're getting all the explanation after the fact. So our roof keeps looking like the pics below, we don't feel like it's a good look for a 10K job on our new house. We're not the happiest, but we'll have to deal with it.

We hired Apex Roofing to replace a flat rubber roof. Andrew came to our home and thoroughly inspected our roof and discussed the options for repair and replacement. We chose replacement. They did a great job of communicating with us during scheduling, due to many weather delays. The roof installation was completed in one day, it was installed professionally, and the team cleaned up all areas when the work was finished. They provided us with photos of the key areas of roofing supports that were repaired while installing the new roof. Definitely recommend their services.
