APM Inn and Suites, Hagerstown

I was there with my family because it was closer to our event venue. Unfortunately we got it wrong. Very dirty and unkempt. From the broken glass window, to dirty floor, and no towels bars in the bathroom. The refrigerator was smelling. Please, as you charge try to clean, and let the manger make sure the staff do their job.

I have stayed at many hotels(both in US, and all over the world) and this one is nearly the WORST from a cleanliness and quality standpoint, and the customer service made this a nightmare. Sitting here shocked.. Lady was friendly at check in, upon entering our room we saw probably 8-10 roaches and other bugs from the door, floor and opening the drawer probably 5-10 scurried away.We went to ask for a new room, explained, and she acted as if we were an inconvenience or did something wrong. Entering the second room the AC was not working and the Smoke detector batteries Were low (assuming) and making the beeping noise every 30 seconds try to deal with it but after a while couldn’t handle it. Went back to the front and she got confrontational, rolled her eyes and had a bad attitude. Finally, the third room was bearable, but far from clean. Expectations were low for $80 a night and it was still bad. We were exhausted from a long day of traveling. There are no phones in the room, so called from cell and asked if we could get an hour late check out given the circumstances, and she refused, unless we paid, and literally hung up on me. I used to stay here as a kid and the place was decent, much has changed over the last 10 to 15 years roaches in at least two of the three rooms stains and holes in the walls . Stay away.

The room we stayed in was just great. The bed was super comfortable. They had a fridge and microwave. Plenty of space. The family that owns Boston are so lovely. Very friendly, and they just adored my daughter. Wonderful family!!!
