All around a great experience. I order 2 new monitors over the phone which made it easy then I went to pick them up shortly after. I showed up before they texted the order was ready but their staff helped me get the monitors right away. They also connected me with their business section who I am still lining things up with.

Customer service is hit-and-miss, ranging from attentive (including the security guard!) and friendly to zombie and outright rude. Some approach you, try to solve a problem, and save you money, others pretend they don't see you, treat you like you don't deserve to be in that store, and if they must acknowledge you, dismiss your questions and comments. Unfortunately, during many trips to the store, we've had more of the second group than the first. They need better management and more professional employees there. Stop hiring just anyone who applies for a job!

Well the reviews confirm the absolutely pathetic service this store offers. Nobody greets you nobody even acknowledges you when you enter the store. Came here to buy two Apple Watches and pick up a phone that was ordered online. Took 15 mins to get somebody’s attention and the lady who came to me said “Use the tablet to compare the watches and as soon as somebody is free they will assist you”. There were literally three store workers standing and talking to each other, made eye contact with me but refused to come and help. I collected the phone and left. Would be ordering the watches online to be delivered. This store is everything opposite of what Apple’s customer service stand for. Avoid this store at all cost.

Drive an hour to come here. Took a very long time for a free customer service representative to be free ( no one greeted or acknowledged my presence before that either) Got grey bearded Joe with a stocking cap on in the middle of a Florida summer, most unfortunately. He was immediately rude, straight off. Didn’t listen to even what happened or was wrong with my phone, just stated it had water damage and Grey bearded stocking cap in summer Joe interrupted me- saying I’ll have to buy a new phone. I don’t what a new phone, I told him, I’m here to see what can be done with this one. He started they couldn’t help me, wouldn’t even take a look at it. Okay, I said, who can help me? Is there someone else that can? No, no he insisted… My only option according to Joe with a grey beard and a winter cap, was to buy a new phone, no one is going to be able to repair the one I had. So I walked out of the store and into the very next phone store I saw. There I was immediately greeted. The man, Hasan, said he’d take a look at my phone and that the phone he was working on in front of him had water damage! He nicely asked if I wouldn’t mind giving him thirty minutes to finish that phone and look at mine. I came back and thirty and guess what? Hasan tells me he *can* REPAIR MY PHONE! I walk out of there and over to Apple to show Joe with the grey beard and winter cap on in the middle of summer in flipping Florida, that, indeed, my phone was working. Go see Hasan .
