Adrian BensonIn June 2022 I decided that it was time to replace my 28 year old Baxi boiler with a new, more efficient design. On the basis of a personal recommendation I contacted Aquila and the boss came to my house and explained the best course of action including the make and model of boiler. I was very happy with the quotation and went ahead with the job. Professional, caring engineers under “team leader” Adrian Burgess, and at the end of day 2 my new system was up and running. As the old loft tanks were surplus to requirement, they were drained, cut up into smaller pieces and passed down through the loft hatch for disposal. (My neighbour’s old tanks were left in his loft when he had the same work completed the year before by a different Company!) I subsequently took out an Aquila care plan and have just had the boiler serviced & cleaned. I cannot speak highly enough of Aquila, their engineers/technicians, and the office staff who are always available to take my phone calls. I definitely made the right choice of Company 3 years ago! They are also very reasonably priced.
