This is my primary care facility and I have seen Jacob for several years now for routine and follow up services. He is very thorough and never skips anything. I always feel confident that I am getting great medical care. He listens and takes his time to make sure I understand everything before I leave. Even if I have a minor concern he will make sure that we resolve the issue no matter what it takes. The medical staff and receptionists are always kind and compassionate.

This place needs to be shut down! They have given patients medication/ shots with heart problems that they shouldn't have been given. Do not recommend! Quit wasting your time there. Zero stars .
