Updated: 4/14/25 - after reviewing everything, they gave me another $250 of my money back. My review still stands. Super easy to get a place to live, but they make moving out miserable. Their customer service is why people hate renting. 4/3/25 - still have not received an email with our paint credits. I recently finished a 24-month lease with Camber Property Management in the Saratoga neighborhood and was extremely disappointed with my experience. They attempted to raise our rent without adding any value to the home. When I requested a detailed receipt for an $800+ paint charge—a right clearly stated in our lease—I was told that James would get back to me, but it’s been over a week with no follow-up. We even paid a $500 pet deposit two weeks before moving out for a kitten we just found and intended to keep. Additionally, our truck was broken into three times while under their management. When we let them know this, there was no response. To make matters worse, they listed the home back on the market for less than our re-sign amount, clearly trying to cut every cent from you when you decide to leave. We requested new carpets 30 days after starting our lease, they claimed that carpets are only replaced between tenants. I know the carpets are still in the home because I was only charged $300 for them to be cleaned. Also, things on our move in checklist, we are being charged for. Unfortunately, James has not gotten back to us about our itemized request. My intention is for people to be aware what they will get customer service wise, even after being a faithful renter for 24 months. I strongly advise potential renters to steer clear of Camber Property Management. They are attentive through your lease, then it’s like dealing with a whole different group of people when you want to have updates made to the home or end your lease. Slum lords. I have had a fantastic experience with Camber and specifically with our property manager, Tyler. My husband and I own a property with an HOA and have had several complex repair issues. Tyler has truly gone above and beyond in securing quotes and working with contractors on our behalf to ensure repairs are made timely and effectively. He is able to balance his relationships with owners and tenants during times of stress, which I can only imagine is difficult to do. From the time we first engaged Camber, we knew we were in great hands. Tyler provided us with honest recommendations on listing price and thoroughly communicated with us after every potential tenant visit. I know it can be stressful to put your trust in a property management company, but time and time again, Tyler has earned our trust and we are so grateful for him and the work he and Camber do.

This has been an Amazing experience by far. I wish I could rate 1000 stars just because of Tyler M. Let’s talk about going above and beyond. The home I was interested I needed to know about the backyard and had a couple of questions. Even though it was getting dark he went and took pictures for me. I am very impressed with his willingness, demeanor and overall personality while being professional and accommodating our needs. Thank you for being great Tyler!
