Brought the Lennox unit, and furnace June 2024. From day it was installed until today I have had continous issues. In the beginning after installing the crew had to come back cause the AC unit was leaking and the furnace condesantion drain was not done correctly. I had 3 mechanics come to fix it. During the winter heating was fine. 2 weeks back I had to call them cause my house not cooling. They came promptly but unprepared. The mechanic found the unit had zero refrigerant and after working on it for 2 hours found that torch was not working. I like this company, the girls in the office and the mechanics were good people too but I need the value for my money and within a year I have had issues after issues and no.senior service professionals have bothered to look into it and provide a Once and done solution.

Arctic has a very quick response time, excellent service and reasonable rates. I called late in the evening and was able to get an appointment for the next morning, Jose Morales arrived and gave us a detailed breakdown of our options for a hot water heater. No pressure, just explaining what we could get, which we appreciated. He was very professional and made things easier for us by labeling all of our shut off valves and explaining how things worked. He definitely took the time to make things better for us. Would 100% use them again.

Arctic Air’s staff is excellent, both back office and field staff. The job was to provide a replacement for a 25 year old standard 2 water heater system. I had requested particular units that they were able to provide same day and meticulously installed them even better than the original setup. They were timely, professional and detail oriented. There was no upsell and they were honest with their consultation and feedback on the needs of the job. There was a fault with one of the units (a faulty gas unit) that they worked through and took care of without issue. Very impressed with Sonny and Fred who were the techs on the job. I would definitely recommend them to others.
