We initially started our hot tub search on line and by visiting some of the local brand stores. During our search, I heard of four winds through a friend who had a great experience years ago. I spoke with Shawn Paxton on the phone and he was very helpful and informative. We made a drive the next day to Four Winds in Smyrna and truly appreciated having Shawn walk us through their manufacturing facility and process in addition to showing us all of the finished tubs they had produced. We made up our mind based on the exceptional customer service, price, and quality of what we had seen. We special ordered our model with the colors and features we were after and Shawn and his crew went to work. In less than a week Shawn was sending me photos and videos of the finished product and we set a date to have it delivered. We are very happy with the finished product and get a lot of use out of it.
