I’ve had extremely positive experiences with Michelle, it is clear how much she cares about my fur babies while they are in her care. I call her the cat whisperer because Willow (pictured on the left) is very timid and shy when it comes to strange people in the house - she tends to hide. I didn’t have to worry about her as it turns out Willow came out to meet Michelle on her first visit! She has tremendous attention to detail and provides the ultimate level of service in everything she does! I receive photos and videos of my 2 kitties every day when we’re away which is very comforting 😻 I would highly recommend The Playful Pet Sitter!

Michelle is fabulous! I've used other pet sitters, but they do not compare with Michelle. She spends quality time with my pets during her visits and I know the are well taken care of when I'm away. It gives me peace of mind so that I can enjoy my vacations. She sends me short videos at each visit, that further assure me that all is well at home. Particularly because I have a senior dog, my traveling would be very limited without Michelle.

This review is very easy to write. I don’t know what I would’ve done this past Summer and Fall without her. I was in the process of relocating and would leave my four-legged feline kids and home in Michelle‘s care. Many times I was gone for 1 to 3 weeks. I can truly say this, I have 100% trust in Michelle to care for my pets and home. She follows directions and goes above and beyond in the care of your pets and home. A few times my flights coming back into Redmond were delayed. At the last minute I would ask Michelle to pick up my dog Lola at the Deschutes Pet Lodge before it closed so that Lola would be home by the time I arrived. She would also hang out with Lola so that she wouldn’t be home alone too long. Michelle is a professional, mature and trustworthy. I have referred her to my neighbors without hesitation and they also have shared with me that they like her and are confident that their pets and home are taken care of. She is responsive and asks questions so that all information is clear and understood. I’m bummed that she can’t petsit for me any longer ☹️. Michelle is a very friendly and kind petsitter. She takes good care of Colby and Jack every time. She sends updates and makes sure she puts eyes on both of them as they tend to hide when we're away. They are much happier w her than any boarding facility.
