Not proactively handling customers communication. Last minute notification of selected tiles saying out of stock. Lots of communication gaps. Very unhappy with the service. Still haven't got the receipt of payment.

arvind jainThis is good place with with various floor wall and bathroom accessories. However don’t buy any extra as return policy quite strict. They don’t get back once 28 days past. This is not feasible sometime in floor and wall tiles due to the nature of construction work. I just wanted to return the full box with same condition and they are selling but unfortunately that request was turned off with advise keep in the garage for future use 😂
