kennedy kilpatrickI am not one for 1* reviews but I have had nothing but issues from start to finish. First issue, communication about my tiles was non existent, I constantly had to call the shop and go down to the shop if I wanted an update on my tiles (which took near 2 months to come) we actually had to get a refund on our mosaic tiles because the date for them being in stock kept get pushed to other dates that I became fully fed up. When the tiles were finally due for delivery I was like happy days finally…Nope. Half my order came destroyed, most of my wall tiles were broke and my trim wasn’t delivered. I then contacted customer services who apologised and said they would get the replacement tiles delivered and contact me when this was to happen…again no call back. I went down to the store to explain and showed videos of how my order was delivered and only for Lewis in the shore road branch understanding my frustration because he had made my order to begin with. He did help a lot, about the only good thing about my experience. We also did need to order a extra box of floor tiles and an extra feature wall box which was my fault, I didn’t order enough but considering the issues we had I thought out of good gesture they would throw this into the order, I’m not sure if it was the boss of the shop but he did want us to pay for them “at a discounted price” Mmmmm wasn’t happy. We got sorted anyways. Like I said I have never left this bad of a review anywhere. I should have just cancelled the ordered but we have been delayed finishing our bathroom and we really needed them. The tiles are beautiful but the whole from ordering, waiting and delivery, it’s been SHOCKING. I’m glad they’re finally all in tact and I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with them anymore.
Leah (Nicky)Worse shop for tiles ordered indoor and outdoor plus a bathroom suite well parts of it most of it was missing was held up weeks for there lack of communication. Both sets of tiles were chipped broken then trying to speak to someone to resolve it they pass you around not great aftercare avoid esp if your spending a lot of money I'd never shop here again
