The reason for such a review is the technician who came to our rescue, Mikey Whitaker. His technical skill is amazing. During his first visit, Mikey, did a thorough assessment of our property and explained the entire procedure to us. Upon his return in a couple of days he set up the units for capturing the pests (raccoons). Success the next day!! Then shortly thereafter the second one was caught. We kept the traps for a while to be sure all were caught. We have had no recurrences. Our yard is pest free. Not only is Mikey an expert technician but he is also an educator. He patiently and clearly answered all our questions. We could not be more pleased or thankful for Arrow’s services and for Mikey Whitaker’s expertise.
