Ordered sofa 2 weeks ago and they called us to confirm delivery before 2 days from arrival… when the day of arrival came, they called us same hour and informed us there is issue in sofa and will be delayed more one week!!! How possible confirming it without checking quality of sofa!! And informing in last moment after i sell my old furniture … really careless over price cost compare to the bullshit service!
