Customer experiences
First and probably last. I really wanted to like this place but had a bad first experience. I got a to go order of 2 drinks which were okay and 2 breakfast meals which were not good. I ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich with fries and originally order and paid for crepes but they said they were out and I got French toast instead. I didn’t check the food before leaving because my hands were full and she tied the bag. When I got home and opened up the food I was super disappointed because the food was burnt and looked sloppy. The monte Cristo was a gross surprise when I bit into it and then further examined it and realized it was not the correct sandwich and it was chicken salad. I double checked the menu and they don’t even have a chicken salsa sandwich that I could have ordered by mistake. I tried to call back but got no answer. And I reached out on there website and no answer. That was a waste of $47.
I was excited to come here to try someplace new, the vibe was a bit off seemed as if they really didn’t wanna be working, we got the Mac & Cheese burger and it was with cheap Kraft Mac &cheese so nothing like the picture an definitely not worth the price! We also got biscuits and gravy , gravy was pretty cold like they heated it up real quick so wasn’t enjoyable, I did like the eggs and hash browns as they were fresh! For a drink we got a Blanc it was good a bit sweet if you like a stronger coffee would recommend adding an additional shot of espresso. Overall ok experience
Super cool, definitely add the Arte Cafe to your museum ticket! Both experiences are unique and awesome! 💯
Mood - Food is the Catalyst for Conversation Sometimes when a person needs to talk but they can't out of fear of judgment or whatever else, food makes the moment to let your inhibitions down. You may not know this, but I'm a life coach and an emotional forgiveness coach as well. I've found people tend to be more receptive and open over breakfast. Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered to sit wherever we chose. Menus were given along with the run down of the drinks. The server def helped with our selection. Now when you are done eating. They give you your ticket, you take it to the front counter to pay. We opted for White Chocolate Chai Tea, Brulee Latte, Cubano, and Steak Omelette. I will say that white chocolate chai tea Latte stole the show. I was not expecting those flavors to mesh so well. Interior is very large. They're are several seating arrangements. Also it is broken up into 2 sides which is pretty neat. There was music playing in the background and televisions were going as well. Would recommend- pricing was reasonable. The customer service was very friendly. Location is Nellis/Bonanza- ample parking
Art Cafe is a coffee shop.
