The full body massage is decently priced and quite relaxing, spa water was refreshing. Lynn was wonderful. Not sure I was a fan of the cricket noise for relaxation, but it was nice and relaxing experience overall! Definitely coming back.

My husband bought me, for the second time, a gift card from here and I was really excited to get a facial. I had a massage the first time and the experience was great, so I was really looking forward to coming back. Before booking a facial, I wanted to make sure I chose the right one for my skin, so I scheduled a $25 skincare consultation. I thought they would take a good look at my skin..maybe test it or at least examine it closely to figure out my skin type. Unfortunately, the consultation lasted no more than 5 minutes and was just a few questions about my routine. No real look at my skin, just a quick chat. It felt like a waste of money, and I was really disappointed. I still ended up getting the Signature Hydrafacial as it was recommended, It was okay, I still have blackheads on my nose…. That said, Nelly was absolutely wonderful!!! super kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She was definitely the highlight of the experience. Overall, while the staff is lovely, especially Nelly, I wouldn’t recommend paying for the consultation It didn’t offer any real value.
