I am able to attend Asana Soul for free as a Stevens student and it has been an incredible addition to my life. I have taken yoga classes here and there in the past but nothing has compared to Asana Soul. The studios in both Hoboken and Jersey city are beautiful (although I prefer Jersey City!) and kept very clean. The instructors are all amazing and extremely personable. You always feel right at home when you go to class, as if you've been there forever. I highly recommend if you are looking for a complete relaxing experience.

I had a wonderful class with Celeste. I took yoga classes at another local studio before the pandemic. I wanted to practice again. I’m glad i found this studio. The Open Soul All Level class is fun with the right pace and appropriate challenge level for me. I enjoyed the vibe very much.
