Honest people, reliable repairs and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for in an auto repair service? I've used them several times for multiple vehicles. Repairs have held and not needed a second visit. Issues that aren't urgent are explained as well as repair work that they may not be equipped to handle. You don't find that too often in this business. Price has consistently been competitive with quotes I've received elsewhere. When possible I will continue to drive a further distance to use Chesser than other mechanics. EDIT-Review has been downgraded from 5 to 2 star. While my vehicle was in their possession, the catalytic converter was stolen. Chesser charged me for the replacement saying they are not responsible. They could have handled this much better. While I’ve had several positive experiences with their shop, I cannot recommend it or plan to use it again. Very disappointing.

Only been once but will return. I found them knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having and fixed it in a timely manner for a cost that was appropriate based on parts cost and labor. Strut replacement on 2014 Chevy Spark (100k miles) due to wear and tear. It's very difficult to find an automative mechanic you can trust and until I feel that trust has escaped like a fart in the wind, we'll be coming to Chesser for all future issues. Highly recommended.

I slid on an icy patch and ruined my passenger side lower control arm. These guys took my car in ~8 A.M. and were done with it by 2 P.M. Truly the most impressive service and turnaround I've experienced. I will be back when I need service in the future
