I had a nice experience being a first time customer at LBC Express branch in Richmond. I went there in the morning and all staff are so accommodating. Their driver assisted me even before I went inside the store he asked me if my package is for air cargo and led me to the office on the left also assisted me by opening the door because I’m carrying a large box with items. Ms. Alma Betonio from the counter assisted me and informed me well on the process. She was so accommodating and gave me the best customer service. It was a superb experience and no hassle at all. I would recommend this store to my friends and relatives. My package is also well packed.
