Sarah curates a welcoming space: she remembers and uses your name, asks about your day, and acknowledges individuals via encouragement throughout the practice. It feels thoughtful in that there is so much care put into the whole experience beyond simply the practice itself. An aptly named place: you ascend the stairs into a space of motivation and health held for you at the top, greeted and taken leave of by Sarah’s good cheer.

My daughter and I joined Sarah in her mom and baby mat for a 10 week series. It was so nice to have that something to look forward to every week. It is an amazing space to be with other moms, take time for ourselves and nurture our babies as well. There was no judgements passed as we all know babies are unpredictable. I can't wait to start up again in the new year!
