Customer experiences
Many people were double billed from last April, I was one of them for $428, still can’t get it back. I am told the owner is a very busy person and only reviews the bills once a month, so I might see my money in October. I was also told the very busy owner is too busy to return customer calls, just deal with the accounting dept. we are seniors in our 80’s and I resent having to wait 5 or 6 months to get our money back from a mistake that was made by his company. We moved to Starlink and are happy! Do your homework before you consider this company.
So bad customer service I wouldn’t even give them a 1 out of 5 stars. Didn’t even walk you through the steps to trouble shoot the issue. Had no clue Just kept asking personal information which was unnecessary to help with the problem. Then said someone would call us back. No call back. We called the next day, still no call back. Both my husband and I have been on hold for over an hour. It keeps saying next in line but never ends up being us to answer our call. They suck!
Worst customer service ever! 3 days without service and couldn't get any information from them or help . So on day 3 I was angry well supervisor talked down to me and refused service so I said I'd cancel and now they won't give me information on how to get refund or return equipment. Just took money from my bank . Horrible experience. Now ill pay more to avoid thier horrible service.... 8 business days since told I would get refund and nothing ... not reply to emails inquiring how to return equipment. They denied me service and now denying me to return equipment. Very bad experience in all my years paying my own bills never dealt with a company like this . Now 28 days without internet and told it be another 30 days to get a refund thru the mail . Worst company I have ever dealt with .
We have had Northern Rural Internet since 2021 and found that it takes a long time for them to figure out what the problem is sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not so good. We wish they were a little more consistent in answering their phone and had somebody up here who could actually work on the Internet when it’s not working well.
