Friendly staff. Very professional, but with a personal touch. The young lady who is the dentist knew what she was doing! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of technical issues. It was resolved, but had to wait a while. No fault of theirs, but my old bones don't like sitting too long in one position! I did get up and move a lot, so it wasn't terrible. As far as pulling teeth goes, it was a very pleasant experience.
