Brittany (office manager) along with Ashley were amazing with organizing my care and payment plan. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan made by the dentist is actionable and has my best interest in mind. All of the staff members were courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me. Great dental experience!

I visited Aspen dental along with my service dog Josey today. As usual I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff, The cleanliness of the place. I had a pleasant experience from the beginning till the end where I met with the nicest office manager. I'm sorry I'm not good at names. I can't remember anyone's names. I will continue to use them for my dental office. I told my friends and neighbors what a great place they are

Very disappointed with my experience yesterday at Aspen Dental Robinson. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning because I recently moved here from out of state. I can not get in with my preferred dentist as a new patient until April. I just wanted to get my 6 month cleaning so I do not have to wait a year before going to the dentist. I arrived early for my 4:00 appointment and checked in. I filled out the required new patient forms. Then I waited until everyone else in the waiting room was called back. At 4:30 I was checking at the desk so see what the hold up was when I was called back. She took me directly to the x-ray machine. I explained that I did not want to get x-rays. I just wanted a cleaning and I was going to get x-rays with my permanent dentist that I would be seeing in April. She told me she would have to check with the dentist and took me back to the chair. While I was was waiting for someone to come back, I could hear the entire conversation of the patient and the dentist on the other side of the partition. There are only temporary walls/partitions between the stations which does not lend itself to patient privacy. Then the man from the reception desk comes back and says I understand you do not want to get x-rays and I explained my reasons again. He explained that they can not do the cleaning without x-rays, a consultation, and a treatment plan. I explained that I wanted to wait and get x-rays with my dentist in April since insurance only pays once a year and he said they would need to bill insurance for the x-rays. I was about to just concede and get the x-rays so I could get my cleaning when he said I would need to come back for another appointment. I could not even get the cleaning done with this appointment! This was not explained when I booked the appointment. I never had to make two appointments for a new patient visit. All I wanted was a cleaning. I walked out at this point. I will not be returning. After reading the other reviews it seems like my experience is standard practice at Aspen Dental. Apparently, everyone has to come for two appointments as a new patient - as was explained by customer service in response to some of these similar reviews. This is not communicated at all when you book the appointment as a new patient. Also the cleaning may not even happen until months later after this initial appointment. Beware, they just want to scam you out of money and do x-rays so they can come up with a "treatment plan" of things you do not need. Not to mention I waited 30 minutes past my appointment with no one checking in on me to let me know they were running behind or anything. When I went up to the desk, both people who were on the other side of the reception area, looked at me and ignored me. The man finally did come over just when the hygienist called me back. They have no regard or respect for your time- from having you wait past your appointment time to making you schedule two appointments just to get a cleaning. They are just after money. I will not be returning and I had my husband cancel his upcoming appointment as well so he didn't have to go through what I did. We will only be going to our preferred dentist an honest practice who is not out to scam people. I will find somewhere else to take me in for a cleaning without all the hassle. I would rather wait a year then go back to Aspen. Stay away!
