the delivery person was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and overstepped by texting me personally about their access to my building. i was never given a call box number they mentioned. i “did not leave any information” on entering the building because there shouldn’t be a single issue opening the front door. they claimed it was locked and that they could not enter, but obviously from the picture you can see the leasing office of the apartment complex is open and therefore, so is the front door. rather than following the delivery instructions the delivery driver decided to berate a customer. i have changed my delivery carrier with hello fresh and will no longer use associated couriers. you cannot run a business with drivers who feel entitled to speak to customers this way or blame customers for their delivery process.

Made me go through the most! Had to get a copy of my Diploma from 12 years ago just to be considered and then at the end of everything didn't even get the job because weed is legal in Michigan. SO UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
