I want to say Dr Bakri has been the first dentist I’ve seen in Pittsburgh since I moved here in 2016 that was professional and upfront and honest. He was gentle and works fast. I was surprised to be able to get appointment on a Saturday same day I called. Just wanna say he’s the best!!! Thank you

OMG! The worst communication skills ever! People come from other countries who don't fully understand the English language and they ask you to communicate slower and more clearly! And they are rude to you at that when they don't understand you. They lie to you about their services and are condescending as all hell especially, if your a woman. I am glad I found out about them before Id even made an appointment

Where do I even begin? On July 4th, when literally no one else was available, not urgent care, not the ER, not any dentist in the area, Dr. Bakri saved the day and came through for our family in a way I will never forget. My son had a broken, abscessed tooth and was in absolute agony. Every place I called told us the same thing: “Sorry, you’ll have to wait until Monday.” Even the emergency room wouldn’t touch it because he was pediatric. It was heartbreaking. I felt completely helpless… until I found Dr. Bakri. I left a desperate message around midnight, just praying someone would hear us. And somehow, this incredible, compassionate man called me back at 6am and told me he would see my son that morning, on a national holiday! Who does that?! He didn’t just fix the problem. He made my son feel safe, seen, and comfortable during what should have been a terrifying experience for a little kid. He was so calm, warm, and reassuring, honestly the most wholesome, professional, and genuine medical experience I’ve ever had in my life. As a parent, to see someone care for your child with that level of compassion? There are no words. And even though he's out of network with our dental insurance, he offered to fill out and submit a reimbursement dental claim for us, totally unprompted — just to help. Dr. Bakri, you are one of a kind. I will shout your name from the rooftops if it means another person in a dental crisis finds their way to you. You are the kind of doctor this world needs more of, and we are forever grateful. Thank you for showing up when no one else would. If you’re even thinking about going anywhere else, don’t. Go see Dr. Bakri. You won’t regret it.
