OK, so I am editing my review. Some of the people are good to work with here if I could remember his name I’d give him a shout out. He made things easier, but the first guy that I spoke to he had an accent he kept on pushing me to get the protection plan and I told him three times that I did not want it and we would wait and then I get Onto Verizon to look at my next bill and I see that my bill is $166, for one because I’m getting charged for a Netflix plan that I do not use and secondly, he added the protection plan anyways after I clearly stated that I did not want it. Also, I had to get a new phone because the person who came and fixed my screen messed up my phone first the top volume button got stuck then the second one got stuck as well, my phone screen Started glitching out, and then my phone turned off and would not turn back on. I began having nothing but problems so now I switched to T-Mobile. Hopefully they’ll treat their customers a little bit better. Not only is T-Mobile cheaper but me and my husband are not paying almost 300 freaking dollars for phone service.

Filed a claim & was told same day delivery, never got it. Filed another one, same thing. I was told there were errors with both claims but I had to call back & find that out. Was never contacted about why it wasn’t delivered twice. Filed a 3rd one now & currently waiting on it
