Kurtis was always fast to respond by phone or email, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He easily made adjustments to my order as I found more equipment I wanted, and he coordinated everything perfectly with the install team. He even ensured they reached out directly to work around my tight schedule, as I was balancing this gym install with picking up a family member from the hospital. The install team, led by Kashif, was top-notch. They set everything up exactly where I needed, maintained great communication, and were extremely careful around my walls and belongings. They didn’t just install, they removed all packaging, swept the floors, and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. Truly A+ service from start to finish.
