Hey guys. If you are reading this review you’ve obviously found a vehicle you are interested in and now you are looking into the dealership (at least that’s what I did) wondering if they are good. Let me tell you my story a bit. I have a credit score over 800 and I went to look at a truck from Wilsonville Toyota. They tried hitting me with a 13% interest on a truck when I was putting 10k down and have been in the same job for 14 years. I laughed a bit at them and needless to say I won’t go back. Now to get to TimeCDJR. I found a truck I liked and went in for a test drive. My salesman was Ethan and I worked with a man named Michael as well these 2 are top notch guys. The communication was ABOVE AND BEYOND! They are down to earth guys and aren’t the scummy “car salesman” types. Ethan and I clicked and shared very similiar stories. They worked with me while waiting for an insurance check and made the car purchasing easy. I did have a problem with the truck (not their fault at all) and within 1minute of putting in a service request I received a text from Ethan making sure everything was ok. Told him what was up and they are getting it checked out. I will be buying my cars from here moving forward and Time CDJR… Ethan is a great guy and I will purchase my cars from him exclusively at this dealership. Ethan and Michael. .. if you read this shout out to both of you guys! For people wondering about this place… don’t worry. Go in, chat with these guys and you’ll be in good hands!

I recently purchased a beautiful, well maintained Jeep Trailhawk from Time Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland. The customer service that Ethan Rose provided was beyond my expectations. He answered my text within 2 minutes of my contacting the dealership with my inquiries about the car I was interested in looking at. Not only did he answer right away, it was late at night on a holiday. Ethan made an appointment that evening for me to look at the Jeep I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership Ethan had the car ready for my inspection. During our test drive he was kind and patient with me. He was personable, knowledgeable and very professional. The entire team at Time CDJRP worked hard, late into the evening to make a deal that worked for me. Everyone was professional and personable. Most importantly to me, as a woman purchasing on my own, they were respectful. I very much appreciated that. I would recommend purchasing a car from Time CDJR of Portland.
