I had a wonderful experience at BCR automotive I was looking for a dependable car that wouldn't give me any trouble and they helped me find this lovely 2002 honda civic It is very clean and easy for me to drive which is exactly what I needed the young men there were very patient and polite with me and they didn't try to rush me into a decision It is nice to find a local Portland business that still treats people with real respect. I am very happy with my 'new' car and I feel much safer on the road now. Thank you again

My experience buying was fine. UNTIL a week later which then lasted a month of annoyances. Once the “new car frangrance” wore off and the vehicle smelled awful like mold sand mildew. Not to mention the carpets after BCR had it detailed were soaking wet and when I removed them they smelled of mildew not to mention that smell was just cooking in the car in their lot before I bought it. I tried to mitigate on my own, no luck so I took it into a specialist and paid $650 out of pocket to remediate the stench. The mold specialist i went to confirmed the wet mats were the culprit bc no other part of the car had a leak or water damage, it was specially trapped under the drivers side foot rest where the water just pooled until it was discovered. I went back to BCR to ask for that out of pocket fee to be paid for bc the detailers had masked the scent with their fragrances and it was negligence on their end and a health and safety violation to say the least. BCR (David and some other employee) were horrible at reasoning with me and blamed me for the smell, like my dog peed or I left the window open deflecting from the actually problem. NOT to mention I tried to reach their non existent manager for 2 weeks, the holidays were their excuse why He wouldn’t respond. I called numerous time and sent several emails and was ghosted until I showed up in person and was met nothing, but lies. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are officially reported on the Consumer Protection website and at this point I dont care about the money, everyone should know this car lot sucks and if I wanted to buy a more expensive car I would have but instead I wasted money on a problem they created. I’m glad a lot of people have had good experiences. TO BCR: go ahead and put the blame on me say what you want in response to this message. I’ve owned a dozen used cars and never have I had service like ya’ll have showed me.

Awesome experience overall great vehicles on this lot ! They work with you cash or finance no issue. Mercedes 4matic I chose top of the line quality. Will definitely stop by here when my next time for another purchase. Very smooth quick process
