Amazing service. I took my 1969 Fiat 500 over today without an appointment and despite being busy and having little space the team were extremely helpful and did the job on the spot. No mean feat on a car over 50 years old. The work undertaken has transformed how the car drives. What a friendly and efficient service. Thanks again guys I will certainly use you again. Best wishes.

Went for 2 tyres to be replaced first thing Saturday morning as it was about to be busy family day. I was met with the guy with attitude straight away. He asked me if I'm leaving the car with them, I said why? It can take some time. How long I asked. up to 2hrs. To replace 2 tyres? I asked why is it going to take that long he said they need to do safety checks on my car. I said I didn't want it. I know my car is in pristine condition. Just going for MOT and need 2 tyres replaced and balanced, that's it. That's what I paid for. He said that if I have accident it could be their fault! What are you talking about? I just got full service with my usual place. So then some more sensible guy came in and he said that they will do it promptly. Fine then. Then ambulance guy came in with some issue and they say ooo you need to wait now anyway because these guy are prioritised. Of course they are. And I don't mind that. But what's the bloody point to book it for certain hour if you can make it? Went to F1 auto centre in Colchester. Done on the spot. 25 minutes. That's how you do it. So if you wanna treat yourself and spend half a day in the waiting room go ahead. All I wanted is 2 tyres to be replaced...

Excellent customer service. Fitted a new battery on my car as an emergency while I waited. Knowledgeable staff and clean comfortable environment. Have used several times. They will always fit you in if they can. Highly recommend.
