I’ve been to New York and other places with award-winning burgers, but this one definitely stands out. Is it the best burger in the U.S.? I don’t know—I haven’t tried them all to say for sure. But so far, for me, it definitely deserves the title. I ordered the double-patty version, cooked to perfection, with an egg at just the right consistency and bacon that was slightly thicker than what you usually find on a burger—delicious. (I added the bacon as an extra.) But what really left me speechless was the sauce they use. As you can see in the photo, I took one bite and immediately thought: I have to write a review! The wait was about 10 minutes, probably because I went on a weekday around 3 p.m. and was dining alone. 😂 Highly recommended!

The thick-cut bacon delivers a perfectly balanced, lingering flavor, while the fried egg is beautifully presented and enhanced by a touch of gourmet scallion. It usually takes about an hour to wait for a seat, but it is absolutely worth it. I always recommend this place to friends who are new in town.

The music is very loud, but the food was out of this world so I didn't even care. I also indulged in the hash browns with egg. The service is quick and the food is fresh. I would easily gain 30 lbs and go broke if I lived on Chicago, because I'd eat here everyday. 21/10 would recommend!
