I recently brought my new 2025 Audi S5 into Audi Bend for service after noticing some electrical issues, and I have to say the team went above and beyond to take care of me. From the moment they picked up the car, they kept me updated and worked hard to get things handled as quickly as possible. Even though the repairs took a little longer than expected, the staff made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. They went the extra mile to address my concerns, thoroughly checking everything else to make sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. The service team treated me with respect and professionalism, and they truly stood behind their work. I appreciate the care and attention they gave my car, and I’ll definitely be returning to Kendall Audi Bend for future service needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Mike T (service manager) is an absolute liar and tried to pin a $7,000 warranty repair on me after his technician screwed up the repair. They had to tow the car back 3 different times. We had sensors fall out of the exhaust after an engine reseal. This led to oil stains on my brand new driveway and having to take it to Audi wilsonville where it was actually repaired correctly. What an absolute joke of a service center.
